White Haven has a reputation that proceeds them, but their brand and website didn’t reflect that. Our objective with the rebrand was to make them stand out while also making sure that they were growing with their community and not out of it.

IOTAS was once a leader in the smart apartment industry but was falling behind to better-funded competitors.

Solution
Our goal was to make White Haven look, sound and feel as upgraded and as refined as their properties. With their strong ties in Phoenix, AZ we created a visual identity that borrowed color, texture and imagery from the warm, desert area.
